Over the next year I'll be cycling from London to Cape Town with my wife Loretta and four friends as part of Cycle Africa. Over the next 12 months I'll be sharing tales of the team's progress, from the 30 countries we'll visit, the countless people we'll meet along the way, the challenges and victories, the street children we'll talk to, the projects that we're raising money for, the SOAS alumni we'll interview along route and probably the odd reflection on life and other stuff!
